Refund policy

Alluvion Inc. is a small, hand-crafted business with bespoke items made by an individual crafter. As a result, returns and exchanges are not accepted. Please contact Alluvion Inc. at alluviioninc@protonmail.com within 7 days of your item being delivered (or locally picked up) if you have any problems with your order. 

For all order inquiries, please be sure to include the order number and your contact information. We will need this information to confirm proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
We prepare and pack each shipment with care, so that your items arrive to you just as expected. However, we know that some times things happen in shipping outside of our control. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will ask for proof of damage with photos in order to help assess any damages that occurred during shipping and transit.
