Q. Where are Alluvion Inc. pieces made?

Q. How long will it take for my item to be made?
A. All items are bespoke and hand crafted - meaning no mass-produced items are available. Hanging baskets can be made in about 2 weeks. All other items take approximately 8 - 10 weeks to make. We appreciate your patience in advance for your order to be individually made by our crafter.
Q. Which shipping carriers do you work with?
A. We want to ensure you have the highest quality and reliability of shipping and handling. We primarily ship with FedEx. However, for larger orders we may use a different shipping carrier at our discretion to ensure best rates and quality of service.
Q. Do you accept returns?
A. Due to the bespoke nature of our items, we cannot accept returns at this time. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us directly at alluvioninc@protonmail.com. We will work with you as best we can to look for a solution.
Q. Where is your crafter from?
A. A little here, a little there, a little everywhere. Before starting his own custom contract furniture business, our crafter was educated as an architect and worked in decorative painting, historic restoration, and tool making in the aerospace industry. If you look closely, you'll see influences of the different areas our crafter has spent time (including, but not limited to: New Orleans, Brooklyn, the Pacific Northwest, and now the greater Nashville area).

A. At Alluvion Inc., we respect the raw materials this planet has offered us to make these pieces. We are grateful and excited for the opportunities to collaborate with our customers to make something unique and new out of these elements, coming together to create something beautiful and whole.
